RecommendedI had someone break into my BMW, shatter my window and damage my leather seat. I called BMW that morning- they got me in and out of the dealership with a loaner car in LESS THAN 1 HOUR! The service I received was remarkable and made my situation a little less aggravating (dealing with insurance, police reports, etc ugh). So thank you to Jesse and staff at BMW- 5 stars!
