We recently purchased a used vehicle from EB BMW and immediately took it to our family shop to make sure oils were fresh and clean. The shop pulled out an air filter that was as dark as the black rubber trim. Oil was dark and didn't appear to be near fresh. We ran another Carfax and found a service was done within the last 2 weeks but there were no details listed as to what services were performed. The texts from the dealership accused our shop of trying to upsell us even though we were watching the entire service being done... read more

Nice to have BMW in town. Made an appointment but ending up waiting over an hour for service advisor anyway. Such is service these days. I suspect COVID may be causing the slower service. I never did get a response from text messages nor follow up at the end. My car was delivered the next day repaired again, can’t avoid the shop more than 6 months with a BMW. So service is ok. I will not repeat BMW my next car will be a Tesla.

I had a 1:40pm appointment for a very simple car inspection. I was told it would take approximately 1 hour. 2 1/2 hours later no one gave me an update so I ask the person who was the cashier- he said he would check on my car (this was about 4:10). He never got back to me - frustrated I went to the cashier at about 5:20 - same guy I ask earlier to check on my car status and I ask him again to find out what is taking so long. The cashier call the shop to find out how much longer and the mechanic had finish my car and the paper... read more

I would NEVER entrust my vehicle to them ever again. After my car was broken into in August of 2019, I brought my car in to East Bay BMW for repairs. My insurance company paid over $8k to East Bay BMW to repair my vehicle. Six months later the repairs are not completed (see attached photo) and Kevin Rego can’t give me any idea of when the repairs will be completed! They were paid in full and have no incentive to complete the repairs. Avoid this dealer and take your car elsewhere.

There is no follow up with the sales team. They don't negotiate well. They waste so much time on back and forth on the price that eventually you just walk away. They are not aggressive with thier offers and price sales. Basically, take it or leave it. If you are an old customer, they will take care of you. If you are new they don't care. Unfortunately, sometimes your new customers could end up being your long term old customers. This used to be a good dealership, but now that they think they are great they don't care or go t... read more

Sales manager was a jerk. Car wasn't ready when I went to pick it up. They didn't put the front plate on. Trying to call, noone answers the phone.
