We've been here at East Bay Bmw for 20 min now waiting for someone to help us. They have dozens of employees walking around for their special event and absolutely NO ONE has asked us if we need help. Came ready to leave with a X6 but I won't be giving them a cent of my money. East Bay BMW has just lost two customers! Stevens Creek BMW here we come.

Things went well for my 30,000 mile service, the people took care of most of my problems. I did ask for someone to reconnect my cell phone to to car, and was told they would after they were finished with servicing. When that time came, we or at least I forgot to remind them, I checked to see if it was done and noticed that the name of the phone owner was changed but it wasn't connected. No big thing. The only thing that DID bother me was I was informed that the added warranty I paid over two thousand dollars may be useless. ... read more

Raised the price of buying additional miles for the lease without notification. "We are separate from BMW Financial" they will constantly say. That doesn't absolve you from taking care of current clients that you know have been over their lease miles for a year. Had I been notified of an imminent price increase, I would have bought miles right away. Poor *existing* customer service, and borderline shady business practices to squeeze an extra couple bucks out of you.

If there is a "no star" option - that's what I would have picked. I just came from your service department tonight. Got there around 7:30PM. I thought the department closed at 8PM. When I arrived, 2 men were standing talking by the entrance to the service area, 2 other men were standing by the entrance to the waiting area. Upon seeing me, the 2 men that were standing outside the waiting area went inside and continued talking / watching TV. The 2 men that was by the entrance of the service area continued talking.
