I bought my car from them in June 2002. They serviced it while it was covered by the 3 years of prepaid maintenance and I have generally avoided them since. Here's why. In reverse chronological order - I figured I would enjoy getting a free lunch from East Bay BMW (they don't like giving _anything_ away for free) so I signed up for their meet & greet being held today, June 8. Absolutely horrible costumer service just took my car in this morning, and the money hungry sharks tried to pond off a issue that clearly they were at fault onto us . Thats ok I just posted a bad review on yelp, facebook, and next going to the BBB To complain. This quiet girl you pushed away this morning isn't so quiet anymore right!!!
