I drive a 2003 BMW Z4. Its a great little car ! Still gets attention in traffic, still a lot of fun to drive, and even though it only has 77,000 miles on it, its approaching 16 years in age. Whenever I've needed something done to the car that couldn't be handled locally, i've used Captial BMW in Tallahassee. Mr Lee Woodruff has always been super easy to work with. He pays close attention to details and he makes the whole experience painless. I would not hesitate to use Capital BMW in the future !
Lee Woodruff , the service manager , knows more about BMW's than anyone I have ever met . Tommy & the sales team are also very knowledgeable & are true professionals ! I was extremely pleased with the entire process .
Tommy took additional photos of the car I was interested in, real close up ones of specific things that mattered to me beyond the stock photos. He put together a good deal and on his day off still made sure we were progressing the purchase. He then delivered the car in person, a 6 hour drive! He took away our trade in car and drove that back. All made very easy. Full tank of gas was a really nice touch! Thanks Tommy
Ian was very helpful when myBMW was in need of immediate care. He got me in right away and made sure my issues were addressed in a timely manner. He explained the problem with my car and what needdd to be fixed immediately for my safety. He did an excellent job from start to finish.
Ian Wyre is always going abouve and beyond to assist with my car needs! My service was extenensive and would take over 5 hrs but i was checked in an on my way home by shuttle in a matter of minutes! I was always given accurate estimates and time frames for car return! Will look forward to my next service with him soon

I took my vehicle in for a minor repair. I was saddened to know my former advisor wasnt there anymore, but Lee Woodruff was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He recognized my car was close enough to time to do regular service on my vehicle which saves me time..that is very valuable to me!
