Lee Woodruff consistently is, hands down, the best service advisor I've ever encountered. The latest example: Far from home when my 535d experienced a serious problem, I contacted him by phone and he graciously shared some advice. When I brought the car in last week, Lee handed me the keys to a BMW loaner and had the problem in my car quickly diagnosed and repaired as expeditiously as possible. I am a very busy person so going around test driving and going from dealership to dealership is not even an option for me. Scott did an excellent job at finding me a vehicle that fit my needs and wants. He did everything he could to do what he could to make the experience as painful as he could.
