The absolute best thing about this purchase experience was Scott Stanley himself. Scott is very knowledgeable about BMWs and the differences in models, packages, etc. so he was able to help me determine what was the best value for me. I also really appreciated his sales approach, meaning he gave me the information I needed, answered questions and emails, but then left me alone to decide what I wanted to do in my own time. I brought my BMW in to get the rim repaired and Ian Wyre was the service guy who assisted me. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He made sure to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and it was very refreshing to have someone take care of my car and provide excellent customer service.
I've purchased many vehicles in the past, but this was absolutely the best experience ever. Not only was it easy and completely hassle-free, but I got the best price anywhere in a 400 mile radius (I got several quotes online). A great dealer!
