I took my X5 in for brakes, an oil change and a diagnostic. Ian Wyre was terrific. He managed my expectations in the very beginning to avoid surprises, listened to my needs, turned the repairs around in two hours and even found a discount program I forgot I'd signed up for! Customer focused, caring, knowledgable, honest and efficient... Two thumbs up!

He said I can get a salesman to assist you. He looked then kindly directed me to a salesman by the name of John Lowery who was available at that particular moment. To summarize my friendly and courteous service, he asked me about my current car and the things I liked about etc. From there we talked about options, car comparison etc. He made me feel as if I had known him. A scary moment - our back tire tread detached on Interstate 10 approximately 60 miles outside of Tally. We were able to contact BMW support which put us in touch with Ian Wyre at Capital. He was wonderful! He immediately determined that they had our replacement tire in stock, and when we arrived at the dealership via tow truck, he was able to quickly have it fixed for us even though we didn't have an appointment scheduled. That's customer service! Thank you!
This is my first BMW. I love it. Paul white was great. I will be back!. Thanks for everything. I enjoyed how easy and simple the process was. The follow up assistance has been great. I feel like I joined a family.
Over the years I have interfaced with Ian many times and I have never known him to be other than described above. I arrived with a problem and left with a smile!
Ian Wyre managed the entire service department by himself Saturday. Although the service department was crowded, he managed with a smile. He does an outstanding job.
Lee Woodruff was quite helpful, he offered excellent advice and expertise and his customer service was exceptional. I am very pleased with the care my car received and I look forward to returning in the future.
