Owner I recently purchased a used BMW from a private party. I stopped in to BMW of Myrtle Beach on Saturday to find out if the car needed servicing. I spoke to Matt who informed me that the vehicle needed a yearly oil change and service check. Matt gave me an appointment for Monday at 9:00 am which was perfect for me. Service Dept. Took me to days to contact someone to make the appointment. But after that, everything was fine.
Damien Shaw Damien was a pleasure and he made the buying experience a pleasure. He responded rapidly to our needs and requests. I don't think you can get a better salesman than him. He different was 10 out of 10 for us!
Recall Service I was saddened George left to pursue other interests. However Jon treated me well. He kept me informed of my car's progress. The computer went down so he had me shuttled to work. My drivers (Carlos and Ron) to and from work were very polite. Well ran service department.
Bruce Brushwood total experience was positive. All employees well trained and well mannered. People have a choice where they spend their money, and this experience is one that we will share with many others. Very good!
New car purchase They did not have the car that I wanted in stock, but were able to locate one and get it here in a few days. Everything went very smoothly and quickly on the day of the sale. The staff were very friendly. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Owner So sorry to find out that George Ana is no longer with the dealership. Felt his absence as soon as I walked into the service department. I think Alex Roach understood how well George Ana took care of all of his customers and certainly did go out of his way in helping to fill that void. I did enjoy working with Alex and was impressed with his abilities.
