My wife and I were in the market for a new SUV and had come into BMW Silver Spring looking at what options were currently available given the ongoing supply chain constraints. Nate worked with us to help custom build our vehicle and we were able to get the car within 30 days of putting in the order. We had a great experience and look forward to purchasing our next BMW from here.
I was looking for a specific car from out of state. Kyle was very helpful in getting all of the documentation and pictures that I wanted. In the end, the car in Silver Spring wasn't what I was looking for, but I would happily purchase a car from Kyle if another car comes up in Silver Spring.
We recently purchased an X5 xDrive40i at the BMW of Silver Spring. Our client advisor was Scott Sohn. Scott was very knowledgeable, super-nice, helpful, honest, and responsive. This was our first BMW buying experience, but he made our experience great, smooth, and quick and worked hard to make sure we got a good deal. I will definitely come back to this dealership. Excellent sales team with an impressive sales manager who is an expert on BMWs. Eric and Max were attentive to the questions we had and answered with detailed knowledge of the specs and car performance. The team made the experience a breeze and my wife and I were extremely happy to leave the dealership with a great deal. I purchased a 2021 BMW M3 competition at BMW silver spring and the entire team was excellent. I primarily worked with Lonnie and he was very attentive, straight forward, and patient as I spent time considering different vehicles over about a month of time. No shady sales tactics or being overly pushy. The entire experience was great from beginning to end.
