Bought my brand new BMW sedan this month with the wonderful and patient Brittany who made sure I was able to test everything that I wanted to test, including different size sedans (330 vs 530), different size engines (340 vs 540), different road conditions (bumpy, pock-mocked roads vs smoother roads, vs local traffic vs highways), and more. Had so much fun with Brittany that if I had the money, I would go back there now and buy another BMW, specifically with Brittany!
In the past, I would hesitate having to go to a dealership. However, this was not the case with BMW of Silver Spring. I have purchased 2 vehicles from there in the last year, and both times the experience was pleasant.
