Kyle was great! Provided exceptional customer service with my purchase of 2022 530i X. Very responsive with emails and phone calls prior. I had a particular color in mind and he gave me options to select from. I was in and out of the dealership fairly quickly on a Saturday when they were busy... I’ve just purchased a BMW 330i X-Drive M-Sport with David Davila at BMW of Silver Spring. He was extremely patient answering all my questions and get me the best deal. He answered all my calls at his very busiest times. They gave me a very good deal where other dealers couldn't even match their price. Highly recommendable.
