Outstanding service! Our car broke down in the middle of nowhere in Utah. After it was towed to a local garage, the local shop quoted us $5000 for repair. We were desperate and called the BMW Las Vegas for help. Joe Monaco answered the phone. He was very calm, and started to help us right away. At that time, we have not even met. We were impressed with his professionalism and decided to tow the car to BMW Las Vegas., which is 140 miles away. That ended up to be a very wise decision. I would give more stars if I could I am a Very impressed and satisfied customer. I was helped by Frank - I believe he is one of the service managers. I dropped my car off for some recalls. Service was courteous, quick, And thorough as it was returned to me washed. I bought my car from a private seller so this was my first experience at a BMW dealership. Very happy about my experience.
