A little disappointed and confused. I went in for routine maintenance on my 2016 328i Gran Torismo. The customer service rep told me it was time for an oil change and spark plug change, so that is what I had done. I questioned why in needed spark plugs at 30000 miles and he said they do that every 4th oil change. That seems a little overkill. I checked the owners manual and the BMW website and everything states every 6th oil change or about 60000 miles. I a little confused as to the discrepancy and were the plugs changed ear... read more
