Very happy customer Krystal was amazing! From the moment I made a phone call to find out about the car to the time we were driving off the lot with the car, the customer service we received was excellent! . At the start of this process I was out of state for Thanksgiving. She was on top of things. She made sure we were in contact via email. Everything was set up so that all I had to do when I got back into town was look at the car, drive it, and sign papers. No games. LOVED THAT! Straight forward. Thank you Krystal!

2016 BMW X3 28i Lease- amazing service! Sam Barricella at BMW Las Vegas is great! He answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. If you contact him he gets back to you within 24 hrs, if not immediately. He made sure that my first experience with BMW was nothing short of excellent. Although there were issues with my order, out of his control, he made sure to keep me informed and definitely made me feel like a valued customer. Great experience!

Great service - always kind and courteous Just brought in for 30,000 mile service and to reinstall driver side kick plate. Had 8:30 Am appt and was going to wait. Tyler saw me at 8:30 said it would take about 90 minutes and asked if that was ok. Finished a bit early, Waiting room is nice and comfortable. Coffee, tea, fruit, snacks, and football on TV could not be any better.

Thank you so much, BMW Las Vegas! We were out of town when the temperature light came on. BMW sent a tow truck to take my car to the nearest dealer which is Las Vegas. Butch, the service advisor took care of everything and he is very pleasant. I got my loaner car for the day. BMW Las Vegas changed the electric water pump and washed my car.
