excellent service, great entry level car Employees are very customer oriented and friendly. They are well trained and will always make sure the customer gets what they need. When I bought my brand new X1 from this dealer, the employees and my sales agent made me felt like i was a king in their store. I never felt that hospitality before, every time i go to a luxury car dealer I got ignored most of the time by sales agent because i don't dress well. Great everything I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for when I went to BMW Las Vegas. I was torn between the Audi and BMW. Mariella was extremely nice and patient as I asked to test drive several models. Finally deciding on the 535i, she was able to find me the perfect car.
Gonzalo is the best the 2nd BMW we have purchased! This is the second BMW we have purchased from this dealership and are obviously very satisfied with the overall experience.
