Great experience! Wow! Sal Cucco was so professional and funny at the same time. I was all set for one car and walked outside on the lot and saw something else that I wanted and he made the switch without hesitation! He wants his customers to be satisfied and that I am. I'm loving my X1...the quality of service was the best! I recommend this dealership with 5 stars everyone was helpful and atmosphere was glee!

Great service Joe Monaco took great care of me from start to finish. Couldn't ask for a better service advisor really went the extra mile getting my issues taken care of and all under warranty unlike most dealerships. If you own a BMW definitely bring it in to Las Vegas BMW on West Sahara they will get you taken care of and tell you exactly what it is no sugar coating.

EXCELLENT SERVICE Sal was my sales rep he worked with the financing dept to get me approved as a first time buyer on a 2011 328i BMW I love it!!! Grahm in the Fiance dept was GREAT he was very helpful and patient and very nice guy... He made me confident that I made the right choice in my buying and helped me pick the right warranty for my needs.

Amazing Service, great people! So my story is pretty simple, but speaks to the amazing customer service at BMW of Las Vegas. I brought my car in to fix a cup holder that pops out from the dashboard. They were going to give me a loaner car, since I couldn't get there until 4:00. Instead, they bumped my car up in the line, fixed the cupholder in less than 30 minutes, offered to detail my car if I wanted to wait for another 20 minutes, and I was on my way. I hope to never buy or fix a car anywhere but at BMW of Las Vegas.
