2017 BMW 3 series Brought my car to BMW of Las Vegas, my service advisor was Rich. He kept me informed every step of the way- great communication, made sure I felt like a valued customer, heard all of my concerns. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone!
service work estimated time and real time was 20 minutes longer. Another service person again (different last 3 times); however Marcus was efficient and polite. It appears all was taken care of, that I approved. Came since car stated service due, not that it appeared it needed workroom a driving stand point.
