Open the hood Took my car in for a complete detail and to have the hood unlatching mechanism repaired. They completed both satisfactorily.

BMW Service Dandre is a rock star and have been working with him for 5 years. Always on top of his game and knows what needs to be done and how to get it done. I have had BMW for 22 years and will continue to do so. Rock On Big D rock on... :)
Sahara West BMW Overall everything was fine. I thought 5 hours was a bit excessive for a first service with brake fluid check and filter change. I was originally told 2-2.5 hours. When I showed up to get my car it wasn't ready and still had to be washed so I waited an additional 40 minutes. Not really what Id expect from a "premium" brand but it is what I've come to expect from BMW. Staff was all very courteous and pleasant. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
BMW Service Las Vegas Nevada Mr Giuseppe from service department is outstanding! He was fast and very knowledgeable. I came in to get an oil change on my BMW X5. After completing the check on my BMW, he told me that I needed to change my brakes and it included in the warranty. He gave me a courtesy vehicle and called me after 3 hours. My car was ready.
