He was friendly, took his time to be very thural by explaining everything that I needed to know about the new vehicle that I purchased. He answered all of my questions, and made the whole buying process very easy. I would most definitely recommend him.

Customer service experience at BMW of Las Vegas We have purchased and leased mulitiple vehicles and had multiple service visits with the team at BMW of Las Vegas, particularly Damien Paredes, our salesman, and Carlos Castro, our service advisor.
