"Great service" Gary at Irvine BMW took great care of me! Making the phone appointment was simple and quick. The new building is beautiful and easy to navigate. I was early for my appointment and Gary got me through check-in immediately and he texted me as soon as my 320i was ready. The service department got my BMW cleaner than the $20 wash I usually get!! Very happy with Irvine BMW!!
"The best experience to buy the car " It’s my second car from Irvine BMW. When you are getting something you want to enjoy for a while, you want to associate it with good memories and happiness. I wouldn’t doubt for a minute where to go. At most dealerships, you are getting a circus show. No thank you! I love BMW for being different. You are getting a fantastic car, with pleasant memories and classy service. Jason DeMond is the best sales person you can find. I sent some friends to him and all of them were impressed.
"Great job supporting routine service " My service experience today was excellent with the exception of picking up my car after completion. Although I had informed Gary that I would be coming around 12:30 pm, my car was not easily accessible to the concierge desk attendants. In fact, they couldn't find it for a while. It took about 20 minutes for my car to be brought up, which seems a bit excessive.
"Quick efficient service!" I was told by my friend John at Quality Motors to go see Gary Temel, as he would take good care of me and my BMW. Perfect advice as Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Both my car in the shop and my comfort (in the hospitality area) were a perfect way to start my day. Thanks Gary.
