I’ve always walked away from a new car purchase feeling good about the experience and deal , but never have I flown 1000 miles to buy a car, anticipating things to go wrong or being something other than promised and instead having everything far exceed my expectations. They even gave me a lower price than we agreed upon.

If you are looking for a new or used car ask for Ketan Petal at Irvine BMW. Ketan is knowledgeable and very helpful. I haven't purchased a car yet but have test driven a few. No pressure to make an immediate purchase and he took his time showing us SVUs and cars. Ketan is friendly, polite and easy to talk to.
I just bought the BMW X5 40e from Irvine BMW. We had one of the best experience in car buying in a very, very long time. I have visited 3 other dealerships and this one seems to be way better customer service than the others (Mckenna BMW is horrible).
