I was traveling and my 540i broke down in Irvine, expansion tank let go, I decided to take it to a BMW dealership because i thought they would have the part in stock. They did not and it took two days to get the part and repair. I expected, the charges to be excessive, but they were way over the top, probably 3 times what I expected. The parts were nearly double oem from anyone else and the labor was at least double.
Worked with Artin for several months to secure an ultra rare M-powered BMW and the entire process was just seamless. He even delivered the car to my house for free, and everything was exactly as promised. No games, no bait and switch, just a fully transparent, fair, and simple transaction from A to Z.
