Shop happy with Vasilis Hronas! My wife and I came to Irvine BMW to look for our BMW X3. We met Vasilis, and he showed us different model options we requested. What I appreciate most with my first visit there was NO PRESSURE! Yep, Vasilis just take it easy, answer our questions and let us test drive what we want. Because of Ali Jaffer (AJ) we were able to buy our second BMW in a single visit of the dealership. He took care of all activities in the process and arranged for financing. Tomorrow, we will pick up our hybrid BMW and drive it home. Prior to meeting AJ, I walked into the dealership with no intent ton buy another BMW. I was not happy with their service which was expensive and sloppy. AJ changed my mind and helped me renew my confidence in the BMW brand.
