Good experience I was disappointed of the facility quality. There is a small waiting area, no water/coffee/tea. Place looked like being under re-construction and perhaps that was a reason. However, it would be nice that someone explained that situation to customers. Thankfully not too many people waited while cars were serviced, otherwise that place would be overcrowded. Wonderful Dealership with A Team staff I still bring my 2012 BMW 335xi to the dealer instead of local independent service. This dealer's prices for maintenance and repair are the same as local service so why leave your car for a week with a local mechanic when you can go to this dealer where it is easy to get a service appointment, and they have expeditious A Team maintenance and repair service. The customer assistants and advisors are also A Team friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent Service I dropped my car off for service and was very pleased with the level of customer support provided by Kevin K. He explained everything clearly and promptly notified me when the service was completed. Picking up the loaner vehicle was a breeze and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes.
