Harry Freda I was a "walk in" and my first time at Mt Kisco BMW. My service rep, Amanda was the best service person I have encountered at BMW. She got me up and approved in the system and my car in the shop in no time. She always had a smile on her face and made me feel like a VIP. The waiting areas were clean and well stocked with refreshments and reading material.

Mister I bought a 2020 BMW X3 but had to return for a service repair. My service liaison, Amanda Tegan was outstanding from every aspect. She made the experience feel as though I was a super special client and went out of her way to accomodate my work schedule - she was always gracious and followed through consistently. If there was a greater rating than 5 Stars, I'd surely rate her even higher. I'm going to make sure that I contact her with any future needs.

BMW X3 services I have key battery replaced and door checked, wait time is long (1 hour) But Amanda was extremely helpful and helped me get my car done.
