Happy customer, thanks to Jamel at BMW Mt Kisco Jamel was awesome from the beginning to the end. I am very happy that he picked up the phone, when I called to speak to someone in sales. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. He was also consistent in communication and quality customer care, through out the entire buying and delivery process. Ian and Gary were very nice as well. I appreciated the hospitality and time Ian took to speak with me and make sure that everything was going smoothly.

Go see Iris! Iris is the sales person to go see! Drove over an hour to test drive a 2017 540i. She was attentive, patient and simply phenomenal! The car was ready waiting for me when I arrived w/ a plate in it, no waiting. More importantly the best test drive experience I've ever had. And she understood exactly what I wanted.
