I bought a used vw a little while back and it broke down a couple days ago and decided to get it shipped to the D Patrick vw division, I was very nervous about price because all of my previous cars were sent to shady (cheap) businesses, so that's all I knew. Thank you for making my new car buying experience easy and enjoyable. I appreciated the no hassle but helpful service I received. Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and ready to assist. I was asked if I could be contacted with updates and to check in on my purchase plans unlike other dealer ships I have shop with that mad me feel pressured. Thank you for helping me with my decision making process as I tried to decide on the car that I wanted and met my needs.
The Service Dept. has always gone out of their way to be helpful in every way. I am grateful for the kindness that they have shown each time I have needed service, and they are extremely knowledgeable which will save you money in the long run.
I do not live in Evansville and got a recall on my 2016 GLE450C4. I was making the hour trip to Evansville for another matter and I called DPatrick in hopes of stopping in getting the recall taken care of. They were booked but they said stop by and we will see if we can fit it in. They were able to do so and completed the fix in about an hour. This is what I characterized as great service.
I brought my ML350 over for service. They were very knowledgeable and brought any issues that needed to be resolved to my attention. While there my husband and I looked at a G550...and ended up buying it. Kevin was our salesman and was great to work with. Everyone in the dealership was very nice and attentive, asking if we would like a bottle of water or coffee. This was before we purchased a new vehicle.
