We took our VW Jetta to DPat for 20,000 mile service. Ben Harris is very nice to work with. Shuttled us to mall while they worked on the car. Got the car back in reasonable amount of time and in the time frame they had said. Everyone we talked with was very friendly and helpful. Will be back.
