Great service! Nice people! I had my brakes changed. Dropped off the car and picked it up after work.
I was very pleased with my visit today. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. They provided me a ride to the mall and picked me up promptly when I called and said I was ready. I was there for a sevice on my BMW. The 2 issues I had were handled with no problems. Very outstanding customer relations.
Brad in service was very helpful and went over things that needed to be repaired. The only complaint I have is that it is very confusing getting to the right area to drop the car off and even more confusing once you go to pick it up. How about either marking the directions better or moving the entrance to a better location? The cashier could be a lot more friendly especially when your paying almost a $1000 for repair. I brought my BMW in for a diagnostic and inspection. They were very gracious and very timely. They inspected my vehicle and also performed the "diagnostic" and found one problem with the vehicle that was fixed. The constructive advice I can give is: First is to have a more dedicated comfortable waiting area at the BMW service section. The area needs comfort for long wait times and should be clean.
