I have to commend Matt in BMW/VW service. He always go above and beyond the call of duty to make everything is perfect when we bring our cars in weather it's just an oil change or service.
The BMW Service Department did a great job of working around my schedule and providing me with a awesome loaner vehicle. They also did excellent work on diagnosing my X5's issue and getting it fixed right the 1st time.
As usual,service is extremely good and always with a smile. We have been buying cars from DPatrick for quite a while now and have always been treated well.
Pleasant experience, but costly. Jeff was very aquesing to my needs.
