From service to sales Have been servicing my 2000 Mcoupe at Bob Smith with Ash Lumian. Always quality service and work. Recently decided to sell the car and Ash lined up Mike (Shop Foreman) and Hasan (tech) to do a complete workover on the car to get it ready to sell. I told the guys to find anything that an enthusiast would ask about or demand to be repaired and fix it in advance. Service Excellence The service manager Tig has gone out of his way to provide outstanding service on our BMW. The reason that I've owned a BMW for the past 20 years is due to the service experience that you get with BMW vs. Lexus, Infiniti, Cadillac, etc. I've owned all those brands and the service is nothing compared to what Tig and his team do for us.

Great Dealership & Staff I have been a customer of Bob Smith BMW since 1990. Over the years, I have purchased and leased multiple cars and worked with different staff. Most recently I dealt with Natalie Medina and Greg Huber. They were both extremely professional and easy to work/negotiate with. I also like working with the service department.
