Easy, peezy Went in to trade my 3rd BMW in for a 4th one. In and out in a few hours. Everyone was extremely courteous and made me feel at home. I would recommend them for sure.
A long trip out to Calabasas I live very near Beverly Hills BMW, but when I was looking for my dream BMW, to finally motivate me to trade in my beloved 128 Cov't, that I've had for almost 7 years, I found it thru Cars.com at Bob Smith BMW. Great Purchase Assistance If you need to buy a Beemer, Neil Perlmutter is the man to see! We bought a very low-mileage loaner car and Neil showed us every available car they had, which were many. He was patient, and we actually thought he was on our side rather than the dealer, fighting for the best deal possible. And he provided great follow-up after the purchase. Fast and painless. It was well worth the drive.
Best in town The dealership if not the best is among the bests in town. The leasing process was so smooth and hassle free so we just had our cups of coffee and signed a few papers... That's all! Thank to Ross, the sales agent, who explained and handled the process in a professional manner and even after a day, when I had to return to the dealership to set up the spare key, he was all ready to make everything easy and quick.
