The service is great at Bob Smith. Tig Pourian helped me and answered my endless questions.I was given a loaner which I took back the following day. He called me at the time he said he would and I was very pleased with the service. The loaner was a 2014 328 I and it was awesome now I want a new B M W.
Great experience I recently bought a used Toyota Sequoia from Larry Shapiro at Bob Smith BMW and had a great experience. I found the car through the internet and made the deal over the phone. I had to travel over three hours to get the car and when I arrived Larry was having the car detailed along with making sure it had a full tank of gas for my commute home. New Car Purchase First time BMW purchase, although I have bought many cars before. This was by far the best experience. The sales people were extremely helpful and courteous, I got a superb deal without the typical back and forth. This is the best dealership I have ever visited.

First BMW I am new to the BMW brand and was interested in a specific model in a manual transmission (admittedly rare, especially in LA) and Bob Smith was the only dealer in town that had one to drive and look at. Ended up leasing a 320i manual which is an amazing car. Dealt with Larry in sales who was very honest, helpful and fun to work with.
