Easy in, easy out buying experience, great service Bob Smith has an excellent approach to doing business. They focus on customer's needs but are not overwelming. They are quick, friendly and competitive in their prices.
Great and Fast Service I had a service appoinment with Paul Simms Excellent and Fast Communication with the Client . Very early appointment time just after 7 am it is an extra bonus ! No waiting in line . Service advisor was fast , polite and very helpful till I got a loan car to roll out . Great Car Dealer-Bob Smith (family-owned dealer) Just purchased a beautiful pre-owned BMW from Bob Smith dealership. Customer service was excellent. No heavy pressure. Just excellent salesmanship and fair and easy transaction. Everyone was friendly and thoughtful, even the financial person "Eddie," who finalized the paperwork. The sales team was terrific, especially Neil P ! He really knows the cars and all the features and will do everything to get you a great deal and be happy with your purchase!

Great Internet Service Just bought a car from Bob Smith BMW, a family owned dealership, which had a low mileage Mercedes 550SL that I was looking for.
