Great Service Had my first service at 2 years! Julia Moffa in Service took great care of me and especially my BMW328i. The vehicle is terrific, and everyone at Bob Smith is professional and customer service experts.
Amazing customer service Bob Smith BMW was very helpful when it came to choosing the right car. When i arrived Lori came and greeted me and we started on my purchase. She told me all the information i needed and set me on my way to finance. I got out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. Everybody in there was very generous and amusing. 5 stars for Bob Smith!!

Bob Smith BMW is good! Overall, I find Bob Smith to be a good dealership. I found it off that they kept switching service advisors on me. My service experience After a day of trauma having had my BMW650i car breakdown in Malibu due to a failed Alternator and consequently, a flat battery, I had the car transported via AAA on a flat bed truck to BOB Smith BMW. I found them to be incredibly swift in accommodating a car on a Sunday evening and then soon identifying that the issues were all covered by warranty. Would recommend Bob Smith BMW I recently bought a car from Bob Smith BMW. The process was very smooth. Agreed on everything on the phone/email, went there and picked up the car in a couple of hours. My experience was no surprises, very friendly customer service (Ryan Bosman and Dan helped me in the process) , and no overselling. Their pricing was also very fair so I would recommend Bob Smith.
