BMW B7 bought from here and no service I bought a BMW B7 from here which they pushed me to purchase and I was at the time sure that I would not qualify for it because of my income. But it appeared at the time that they are majicians and now that I know how they approved me its just total fraud. They forged my tax papers and bank statement. YES! FORGED! THEY TOOK MINE AND SOMEHOW CHANGED THE NUMBERS. WOW!
X6m Red Did not receive a call back on my trade in value... 2014 550i excellent cond. ..I called back myself...then offer was almost 10k under all other dealer trade amounts . Love the car..but am looking else where now.
great car dealership overall great experience. everyone friendly and no sales pitch pressure. sales manager did deal and gave us a good price in a very friendly easy going manner.
No Accountability! First, the salesperson was nice. I purchased from them a used 2013 BMW ActiveHybrid 5, which was still under warranty (luckily) from Manufacturer and BMW Certified Pre-Owned (probably inspected and approved at this very BMW dealership). While inspecting the vehicle, I did not test the A/C as the weather was cold... after driving back to my home town, I realized the A/C wasn't working. 5 Stars All The Way Hats off to the first NO PRESSURE sales force. I merely stopped by to check out the color of a car (that I was about to buy elsewhere). When I told approaching salesman "Hovik" of my intentions and that I was NOT going to be buying from them and that I already had a deal elsewhere, Hovik simply responded "no problem" let me show you the color and said not to feel as if I was wasting his time. Rude, Dishonest, Sub-par work This dealership is just flat out terrible. My wife and I bought a 2011 CPO BMW car here in January 2013. It took them almost 6 months to get a replacement plug for the bumper which was noted missing at the time of purchase. I was consistently lied to about when the plug was due to arrive and whether it had been sent. The car had a number of issues which weren't recognized in the CPO process. Coil burned out within 1,000 miles. Fuses were blown that the time of purchase, etc. Not sure how those m... read more
Worse car buying experience. I bought my new BMW from this guys and when i got it home next day i found out the dealer had scratched the rear window glass while they where taking the window sticker out(they cut the tape with Razer blade) and when we went back to them they would not do anything a bout it and they would not repair it or replace it.we were so made with they attics, Do not buy a car or service it at bob smith. They just do not care about you, i got my car fixed at different dealer even that they did not scratche... read more
these guys are shady. Stay away from these people if you are servicing your car. Lets just say I went in for a basic service and a SES light, and I left with no tension on my hill brake, and 2 missing bolts to my rear subframe. just stay away.
Don't get your car serviced here I made an appointment for my first oil change at Bob Smith for my 335d. The initial visit was not fine and even nice. After picking up my car that had an oil change, exhaust recall and ecu flash I drove for about 20 mile to be alerted by the car that the car was low on oil. I checked my oil and found barely any indication of oil on the dip stick and the oil was dirt black. I called the dealership and there was no one there from service and I could drive it over in the morning. NO SENSE OF OWN... read more
