If You Want To Die Then Come Service Your Car Here I went for a recall and they installed the part wrong, which caused exhaust fumes and CO2 gas to blow into my car for over 2 weeks. Had to go there 3 times and they kept telling me it was something else and I needed to pay to fix the other issue and that's what the smell was. I then had to go there and show them exactly what they installed wrong and they admitted that it could have killed me and was blowing exhaust fumes into the car. terrible servicers, taught to scam you for all The service advisors will try to sell everything to you. They charge $200 just to read a code. You shouldn't even go into the dealer if your check engine light comes on... they periodically just come on so that the dealer gets to earn $200. The ENTIRE TEAM of service advisors treated me poorly. I addressed them, asking for a supervisor or a manger... They looked incredibly puzzled "why would you want to talk to our boss?" ... The worst experience ever ! I purchased a 2016 M6 GC, $84K after all was said and done, tint was damaged, a paint chip on hood and a piece of the bottom spoiler was missing, aside from the spoiler damage, chip and tint were pointed out prior to leaving dealer, now my car has been here over a week and I'm told that the only thing they will repair is the tint! Scam practices and poor sales tactics I purchased about 11 months ago a BMW i3 certified pre-owned at your Calabasas location. Horrible service, employees arent educated HORRIBLE service. I leased a car from Bob Smith and they didn’t give me all the part to my vehicle!! They forgot to provide me with a lock key. When I needed to service my tire, they told me I had no choice but to order a new lock key and wait a a few days or if I wanted the key that day, I would have to pay triple the price! Bad Experience I had a very bad experience with this dealer. I leased a corporate pre-leased 6 series from them and I was assured the car was fully inspected (sales BS) during the test drive where i brought up hearing a rattling noise with the car. To which the salesman said he cannot hear and its not there. Made an appt with a closeby dealer to find out that the rear strut is bad and leaking oil. the noise was confirmed by the foreman during a test drive. Never again! This is probably the worst BMW dealership I have ever been to... to start it feels as though not a single one of the service advisors have any real knowledge of the cars they are selling and repairing.... as a BMW enthusiast who has had 5 BMWs in the past 8 years I am unbelievably disappointed in this dealership.... the lack of knowledge, enthusiasm, and love for the vehicles they are responsible for selling and maintaining is nothing short of heartbreaking.
