BMW Purchase I have purchased quite a few cars in my life and have never had a better experience than with DeFouw BMW. From the moment we arrived, working with Ben, to having Grant the owner walk out and thank us for our business. They also offered to deliver the car to Chicago without my asking. Our 2016 Chevy Equinox LTZ is great! We just got our Equinox this past Tuesday. Not only does it have almost everything we were looking for in a car but the price was below market value AND they gave us a fantastic trade-in value for our past Jeep. Bought a Jeep...made a pal. Letting go of my 2008 Saturn Vue was not something I was looking forward to. Bought Silverado 4x4 Thanks to Ronald Pierce I got a good trade in price and a 2015 Silverado 4x4 loaded. He was pleasant and not pushy and patient with Me even though it was 7 degrees outside.
Excellent service My experience was excellent. When I called initially to see if the vehicle was still in stock, I was set up with Dennis Romack who made the entire process very easy and relaxing. I forgot to call to confirm I was visiting but he called back and checked in, and proceeded to have the car ready as soon as I arrived, waiting outside for me.
