Great customer service! My husband and I purchased our Volt from Chad Troxell - we came in looking at newer Volts but instead we got a wonderful deal on a used Volt that met our needs perfectly! Honest Customer Service When searching for a "new to me" vehicle I went to DeFouw because of their reputation and history in Lafayette. The easiest car shopping experience ever! I recently purchased a vehicle from DeFouw and couldn't be happier with the entire process. From the very start, my salesperson, Ron, was extremely professional and courteous. I ended up making the purchase from a distance and he made the whole process easy and convenient for me. Car buying experience with Pam My old car had the transmission go out and I was in search of a new or used car. I test drove cars at several other dealerships and Pam was the reason I got a car from this dealership. She was very courteous and kind during the entire process. Because she was so hospitable I am recommending this dealership for their staff and integrity. They have always been kind to me when I come in for routine maintenance.
