Great customer service! My husband and I purchased our Volt from Chad Troxell - we came in looking at newer Volts but instead we got a wonderful deal on a used Volt that met our needs perfectly! Chad made the process so easy! He was readily available to answer any and all questions but wasn't at all 'pressurey'. This has earned him our loyalty. The easiest car shopping experience ever! I recently purchased a vehicle from DeFouw and couldn't be happier with the entire process. Car buying experience with Pam My old car had the transmission go out and I was in search of a new or used car. I test drove cars at several other dealerships and Pam was the reason I got a car from this dealership. She was very courteous and kind during the entire process. The Right Trax Shopping for a new car. I asked for 3 different finance options which I was happily provided. I was able to make the best fit for me. Everyone was great and treated like they appreciated my business. Definitely will be visiting again when I am ready for my next new car.
