Check in was easy and our service advisor kept us updated on the vehicle. Loved the video texted to us by the service technician! The wait was a little longer than we are used to for an oil change but the waiting area was comfortable and well supplied with snacks and drinks.
The actual price for the used car was much higher than advertised because of the numerous fees tacked on by the dealer.
I can not say enough positive things that would express my gratitude in making my recent car acquisition a complete success.. Inwas overseas during the majority of the process and it went seamlessly!

The service manager (Tanner) and Sales (Chad) provided excellent care but my car buying experience was not successful because there were no 7 Series available and I needed a car right away because service gave me a lack luster report on my 2006 - 750Li on Friday… I had a road trip on Sunday and my new 750 took me there troublefree!!!
