Great service as always with my service advisor Carlos. Clean BMW X3 loaner, and prompt completion and return of my 2018 Mini Countryman! My X3 M40i and M2 Competiton are always serviced at BMW Sarasota and cleaned at the International AutoSpa.

Outstanding service from my rep, Chong Lee. He went above and beyond to identify and resolve my issue so as not to have me wait more than 2-3 hours on a very busy day. The same service continued when he turned me over to “Ash” to help with a technical electronics issue. The only reason I rated 4 stars was because some days later I discovered that the tech issue was not resolved after all. I have not returned for any further help because I’ve have a tight schedule. great service overall, even so.

2nd time visiting this dealership. After our first visit I was so disappointed and frustrated with how we were treated by the service department. 2nd visit was a completely different experience. We worked with Kim who was so helpful and understanding. We walked away with a much more positive view of the Sarasota BMW service department.
I really like the check in system and especially Lucy Aquiaer’s professional approach and communication skills. The video of my vehicles and mechanic’s explanations are very valuable.
Multiple calls to service advisor were not returned. Actual service appears to be adequate. (Rear Brakes)
