The customer service person, Lucy, took great care of me. She estimated the time it would to complete the service and said I could come back tomorrow for pick. Worked for me!

Service by appointment is efficient. The B M W lounge is welcoming with snacks and liquids. my contact,Maria, helpfully walked me thru the process and provided a loaner car and my car was serviced ,washed and ready ahead of time promised. thank you!

I appreciated the new check-in system that allowed me not to have to wait for a valet to check me in. My appointment with so timely that the person who is picking me up, and my departure correlated perfectly! Maria was a wonderful service representative and the people who did the cleaning of my car did such a wonderful job. The mechanic of course did a perfect job as well!
