Great Buying Experience Just bought my second new BMW from Chris Roehm -- an X5. Both buying experiences were excellent. He worked with us to carefully review all of the options available so that we got just the car we wanted. He kept us updated on the status of the build so that we could take delivery as soon as possible. Amazingly, we took delivery of the X5 just 2-1/2 weeks after ordering it! We couldn't be happier with the process and the car.
Motorwerks understands customer service! 3rd car purchased at Motorwerks! My 2014 needed service for a interior issue, it took a few days to track down the problem and I received daily follow up calls from Doug keeping me informed on the progress. My car is back will the lighting issue fixed! Great job, thanks

Basic services Erik and the BMW service team are consistently professional. The process from greeting me to explaining the service time and requirements makes for a pleasant experience no matter what the circumstances are. I like the new waiting area. My only suggestion is to bring back a quiet work area where we can make calls.
Service I always feel well cared for. Work was done efficiently. I respect the fact that I am not pressured into extra work being performed that was not suggested in the maintenance manual. Steve has a pleasant attitude and willingly answers my concerns.
Excellent Service Motor Werks really knows what Customer Service is all about. John Laskowski is the best - he is always very professional and kept me informed at all times regarding service and explained everything very accurately. I highly recommend Motor Werks and John.
Excellent Service Experience As usual, Erik Swanson kept me informed regularly as the car's issues were being diagnosed, repaired and then tested. The car was returned in beautiful condition.
