Chris Roehm Is the Man It's such a pleasure to work with someone who has so much experience in dealing with customers. He knows what to say, what not to say, he doesn't push, he's respectful of the process, he never acts desperate or tries too hard to be "cool" and never has any pretense about him. He's just himself. 3rd BMW This is the third car that Sean has sold myself and the family. He works in advance, incredibly hard during and keeps in contact after the sale. Always making sure the car and the dealership live up to their reputation. My wife has been comfortable enough to work with him on her own as well. We really enjoy the process and Sean as a person. As well Mike as always been more than fair and competitive on pricing. Never felt pressured from the duo.

Honda Purchase I was very nervous buying a vehicle. When I met Anna Marie Horn, she was professional and only showed me what I exactly asked for. A couple of months ago I visited another car dealership and walked out as they were showing me cars I had no reason to look at or I felt it was a waste of my time. Great staff to work with I've been to many dealers in the past few months and BMW of Barrington is one of the best. Their new business model streamlines processes and adds transparency. Excellent Sales and service In August we were looking to buy a new vehicle and out of all the honda dealers, Motor werks were the best. Atif explained things that we were debating and everything he wrote it out.
