MW BMW new business model We enjoyed having Agnes taking us through the X3 feature, test drive, buying vs leasing options etc. She spent a great deal of time with us making sure we have everything we needed to make a decision. Smooth Out of State Buy Nathan was very patient and helpful as we drive in from out of state to pickup a used QX60. Ali was great explaining the financing options and got me in and out in about 1.5 hours (after I decided which vehicle I wanted). Nice guys who go above and beyond in their service!

"Two and Done" No "One and Done" for me at BMW of Barrington. Unexpectedly great experience Super helpful on a busy Saturday. My appointment initially had a snafu, but Aaron apologized right away and set me up with an excellent advisor, Taylor who was practically running around to accommodate me. Great experience. Very professional and accomodating. I found a car that Motor Werks had posted on Cars.com. When I found it, I Fell in love. The pictures were great and the description was too the tee. I reached out to Sales and was paired up with Anthony Juliano. From the start, Anthony offered to send more pictures.
