Perfect used vehicle and low pressure environment I was looking for a specific uncommon used car year/model, so I visited several dealerships in Chicagoland area and at most of them I was pressured into making instantaneous decisions and presented with a vehicle in which I had to find and point out defects. Honest and details care customer service I been used this center since 2011 all staff great service. Care customer very well .even I asked to repair they don't do it they thinking not necessarily compare other dealers ship uselly oversell. Trust issue 5 star . I think
THOROUGH and PROFESSIONAL! I had the opportunity to work with Mike Gargano, Nicallette Theodosis. I had the pleasure of communicating with them for over 4 weeks from the time I started looking for my BMW X3. They were with me throughout the ride and did not skip a beat until we found an X3 right on their LOT! It was a great price, friendly experience, and I will go back in the future. Nicalette is about as pleasant as they come and they REALLY ARE A ONE STOP SHOP...start to finish!

Excellent customer service Both Brandon and Aaron Bulinski were great in helping me learn about and purchanse a brand new Honda Insight 2019. Best Sales experience, PERIOD I saw a used vehicle online and sent an email to the dealership asking if it was still available.
