I just purchased and picked up a pre-owned M4 convertible. Leigh Ross was excellent (pronounced "Lee"). No pressure, highly knowledgeable, very personable, extremely professional. He's a fellow M owner and is as great with SUVs and high-end sedans as he is with monster M cars. (He promised to check up on me after a week, but I think because he wants to drive my M4!) Osman was available when I had questions 24/7, responded promptly and always found the information I needed. He was professional and friendly. I had a very Good Car Buying Experience at this dealership thanks to Mr. Osman. I was looking to trade in my 2011 X6 for a 2018 X6. I was going to do the "Build your own" method and Mr. Osman looked at the X6 options at this location. He factored the value of my 2011 X6 plus the dealership rebates + specials and I was able to get a 2018 X6 with some very very sweet upgrade including the M Sport Package for around the price of the "Build your Own" model with limited upgrades. Sales person was friendly, informative, worked hard to locate the exact vehicle we wanted - being a 328d Shadow Sports Wagon with high content, this was harder than it would be normally. The review of the vehicle's setup and related information was handled well and professionally. Overall good experience with BMW Alexandria
