I have had a BMW for 10 years now and I can say the reason I do is because of the hospitality I continue to see from not just the brand but the dealerships, particularly BMW Alexandria. I bought my first BMW from them in 2008 and received great service. Third BMW from this seriously fine dealership. Premium product for a competitive price. But ask for Nabil! He will help you decide which model and feature is best for your style of driving. Had one service issue in the past that Bob Hammersley fixed to my satisfaction and beyond my high expectations. I'll be back!

His name is Nasir Basir. He was truly a gentleman with lots and lots of patience. He made sure my mom, my brother, and I felt welcomed and comfortable and even offered us refreshments while we wait. He met my every need regarding questions I had about the car. We just purchased a new BMW at BMW of Alexandria - Arlington, and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Lila Branch was very knowledgeable and employed a no-pressure approach that really made us feel comfortable and confident buying there. The whole team was great to deal with, and I believe they made us an excellent deal that made us drive away feeling good not only about our gorgeous new car, but about excellent package they offered us. BMW of Alexandria has perfected the car buying experience. I was shopping both Audi and BMW, but BMW won me over with their excellent customer service. It was a stress free process without any sleezy sales tactics. One pet peeve I have is when I know more about a car than the salesman, but Paul was very knowledgeable and friendly and really let the car sell itself. I do have a couple of concerns about the car but I'm confident BMW will take care of me.

The team at BMW of Alexandria went above and beyond to make our car buying experience stress free and fun! Osman Aberra was fantastic - he and the entire team stayed well beyond closing time to make sure we went home with our new car the same night we went to test drive. They were pleasant, funny and incredibly knowledgeable. BMW is a fantastic car and the team at BMW of Alexandria knock it out of the park on customer service - I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience!
