This is the second car I have purchased from BMW of Alexandria and first from Mr. Paul Blakeman. He was patient, no pressure and made the experience very seamless. I absolutely would buy my next vehicle from BMW of Alexandria and Paul. When I had my lease the past few years, I also had excellent customer service from the service department and even got to speak to a master technician named Bob (yes, they wear the doctor coat like in James Bond!) who explained BMWs to me like no other. Second car I have bought from BMW of Alexandria. Both times from Paul Blakeman. He is knowledgeable, friendly, upfront, and great to work with. Dealership overall is great to work with. It is not surprising they got a 2016 award for excellence. Paul ensured the cars were delivered with no problems and in showroom condition. Mr. Paul Blakeman made buying a new car a fun and easy experience. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the BMW I was interested in purchasing. This was our second BMW that we purchased and we can honestly say that the overall experience was excellent. I worked with Paul Blakeman and was very happy with the experience. I came out to test drive the car and felt absolutely no pressure to buy it that day, which was great because we were still really looking around at different models at that point. When I was ready to buy, Paul and I negotiated via email. My first BMW experience was with Paul from BMW of Alexandria— there was 0 hassle, and Paul was so kind and explained every little detail to me. He made my experience so worth it! I highly recommend him! He was very knowledgeable and easy to work it. I felt no pressure about getting the car and the price was very fair.
